What is a CIP/TPIN?
CIP/TPIN is a set of user id and password for access to portal. You can perform transactions and view your policy details by logging in to the portal.Advisors/Corporate Agents can view their clients' policies.
CIP stands for Customer Identification Pin. It is a unique10-digit number similar to a User name.
TPIN stands for Transaction Pin. It is a password consisting of a 4-digit number.
Who is eligible for a CIP/TPIN?
CIP/TPIN is provided to all policy owners as well as to the Advisors and Corporate agents.
What transactions/activities can I perform with the CIP/TPIN number?
Cutomers can carry out a host of transactions with the CIP/TPIN at the click of a button. Some of the transactions that you can perform are:
