You might get the following error messages at the time of logging in. Explained below is the appropriate action which has to be taken in each case
 
Forgot TPIN
1. Please recheck CIP / TPIN.
2. Please note that TPIN is case sensitive.

Please dial Customer Care Centre number authenticate yourself and request for generation of new TPIN.
 
All you need to do is pick up the phone,dial the Customer Care Centres, authenticate yourself and our customer care center representative will give you your User Id over the phone.
4. The new passwords will be generated at the end of the same day of the request and couriered to your address as available with the us.

3. You have exceeded the Maximum number of Login Attempts. Your TPIN is locked.

Invalid Combination
